Our Approach

We practice Ashtanga Yoga derived from the work of T. Krishnamacharya and his main students. This includes vinyasya sequences he taught K. Pattabhi Jois as well as vinyasa sequences that we construct based on the principles of sequence design he taught his son TKV Desikachar.

Our teaching approach is also strongly influenced by the universal principles of alignment of Anusara Yoga, pioneered by John Friend.

"I take good care of my back and regularly go to yoga and Pilates but would hurt my back just by bending down to tie my shoelaces up".
