Work can be stressful! Long work hours can have a negative impact on health and wellbeing and regular yoga at work is a great way to bring balance to a busy life.
Why it's good for you: - helps to decrease stress and anxiety

Workplace classes are the most convenient and cost-effective way to enjoy regular yoga. We come to you, all you need to do is show up!
Sessions can be 45-60 minutes duration.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private sessions are the best way to get the most out of your yoga.
Sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home or office and Leanne will design sessions around your own unique needs and goals.
Private sessions are ideal if:- you're strapped for time and need some balance
- you don't get much out of group classes
- you're a couple, a house-bound mum, or a small group of friends
- you're recoving from an injury or illness.
