My passion is in helping people to clear the emotional & physical issues they wish to in their lives. Many people have come to me to get help for debilitating issues of low self esteem, lack of confidence , high anxiety levels or stress issues...
I always allow them to feel comfortable about talking about themselves and how they are dealing with their lives...I respect the way people who don't feel the strongest or most confident in society are still making an enormous effort, and are able to have quite effective means of dealing with their issues, and are able to pursue their livelihoods, bring up their children, or just simply cope at whatever level they can.
The work I have been priviledged to do with my clients has been; teaching them ways to reduce their stress on a day to day basis, using breathing techniques, learning simple meditation, as well as using Hypnotherapy to clear old blocks either from their past, or past lives.
Hypnotherapy allows me to introduce positive reinforcing messages that help clients to feel more confident,safer, and happier within themselves...they generally gain from a few sessions that they have very powerful minds, and that they can be in charge of their emotions and feelings for the positive, which frees up the energy they have been using just to hold things together, just to simply cope and get by.
They are able to use this energy to feel free to enjoy life, relax, take things a little more easier in their lives, and to follow the dreams they had maybe put aside.
Smoking :
I address the smoking issue with each client individually, learning for them what makes them who they are, this gives me great information as to how I can help them to stop smoking, not only for awhile, but for good.!
I have a very high success rate, I have helped people who have been smoking for over 25 years, smoking 25 a day to stop completely...and this is a testament to how Hypnotherapy is such a useful tool for smokers to use if they really want to give up!!
