I am a naturopath and massage therapist with a special interest in womens health. I am also a qualified beauty therapist and practice holistic beauty therapy. I use massage, herbal medicine, nutrition and flower essences in my treatments. I practice remedial & relaxation massage using aromatherapy, swedish, lymphatic drainage, trigger points, deep tissue, stretching and other techniques. I have been in practice 9 years. Remedial/Relaxation/Pregnancy Massage $55 per hour
Lymphatic Drainage $65 (allow 1/1/4 hours)
Aromatherapy Massage $65 (allow 11/4 hours)
Aromatherapy Facial $60 (allow 1 hour)
Pedicure $50 ( allow 1 hour)
Reflexology $50 per hour

I am a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) which is a professional association covering qualified natural therapy practitioners. I am able to issue receipts for health fund rebates if you have the level of cover required by your fund.
Treatment Descriptions
Aromatherapy Facials: Using aromatherapy in drop dosage and other all natural ingredients your skin is exfoliated, the circulation boosted and the complexion revived. Also extremely relaxing, they are an ideal present.
Aromatherapy Massage: An infusion is placed under the table while you relax into your massage. At the finish a hot towell compress is used to remove the last of your stress. Consultation includes the choice of an appropriate aromatherapy blend for the treatment. Relaxation and remedial massage techniques are used.
Lymphatic Drainage: A gentle form of lymphatic massage is used to move the surface lymph and stimulate the lymph nodes. The massage takes 1hour 15 mintues and most of the work is done on the front of the body. Advice on lifestyle and diet to complement this treatment is also given. Usually a course of these treatments is recommended.
Pedicure: The feet are soaked, exfoliated and massaged. The toenails are cleansed, buffed and rejuvenated. Your choice of a low chemical polish or bring your own favourite colour.
Reflexology: A treatment that has a lot of history. The feet are massaged using points that correspond to areas in the body. This treatment will revive your feet and give a sense of wellbeing.
Relaxation Massage: General relaxing and loosening strokes are used to stimulate the circulation, release stress and promote good health. For people that don't want work done on specific problem areas and just want to rejuvenate & relax.
Remedial & Relaxation Massage: More specific techniques are used such as trigger point therapy (releasing points in a band of muscle), deep tissue strokes(specific deep strokes to problem areas), stretching and hot or cold therapy. This is combined with lighter strokes to provide pain relief and relaxation as well as recovery from your muscle imbalances.
