Naturopathy
The goal of naturopathic treatment is to bring about a state of optimal health and vitality. I take an indepth case history and prescribe a treatment plan which may include herbal medicine, nutritional advice, Bach flower remedies or nutritional supplements as required. Natural remedies are very effective without harmful chemicals or dangerous side effects and they help your body to utilise its own natural healing ability.
The healing and balancing effects of naturopathy can assist many health conditions including viral and bacterial infections, bronchitis, sinusitis, asthma, irritable bowel syndrome, urinary tract infections, poor digestion, high blood pressure, arthritis, headaches, pain, hormonal imbalances, women's health, infertility and children's health. It is also very effective for the treatment of depression, stress, anxiety and chronic fatigue. The first consultation takes from one to one and a half hours.

Remedial massage
Remedial Massage can relieve sore and tight muscles, reduce pain, improve mobility and relieve headaches. It also reduces stress and fatigue and improves sleep. I use a combination of remedial massage, deep tissue and relaxation massage depending on what is needed. One hour, half hour or 90 minute treatments are available.

Energy Healing
I combine the healing benefits of Reiki and Crystals to promote healing of the body, mind and spirit. This is a a safe, holistic hands on therapy which can benefit many health conditions. Energy healing cleans and clears the energy fields around the body and removes blockages so that physical and emotional healing can take place. It is deeply relaxing, brings about a sense of lightness and peace and improves sleep. It is best to wear loose or comfortable clothing. One hour or half hour treatments are available.
