Goulburn Valley Kinesiology
As a Kinesiologist I use "muscle testing", the key technique in Kinesiology, this is used as an effective and versatile tool for detecting and correcting various imbalances in the body which may relate to stress, nutrition, learning problems, injuries and so on. The muscle testing technique is fundamental to all the different types of kinesiology modalities.
In a consultation which is approximately 1 hour I will explain "muscle testing" to you and I will also do a nutritional assessment.

Touch For Health
The Touch For Health Synthesis is taught in 60 hours, usually in four stages, and is the prerequisite for other kinesiology modalities. Only Registered Touch for Health Instructors are authorised to issue the official Touch for Health certificates, recognised by kinesiology associations throughout the world.
Touch for Health covers many fundamental concepts in kinesiology, including the following techniques:
