Cupping
Cupping is a method of applying an acupressure vacuum using glass cups on the skin. The therapy is used to relieve ‘qi stagnation’ and is used in the treatment of respiratory diseases such as the common cold, pneumonia and bronchitis. Cupping is also used to treat back, neck, shoulder, and other musculoskeletal pain.
Gua Sha
Gua sha technique of Chinese medicine involving stimulation of acupuncture points using cutaneuous friction. This results in the appearance of ‘Sha’. Raising ‘Sha’ removes blood stagnation and clears heat from the body and is used to restore balance within the body.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a therapy often used in conjunction with acupuncture. To create moxa the leaves of the plant Artemesia vulgaris are dried and rolled into sticks. These sticks are warmed and then placed over the acupuncture points to permeate heat through the points and channels. This therapy warms and stimulates the Qi and Blood.

Diet Therapy
Diet therapy is the use of foods as medicine. This is a practice that has been used in Chinese culture for thousands of years. Each food has it's own therapeutic nature, it may be sour, sweet, bitter, salty or bland. Each nature has it's own therapeutic action which can then be applied in an individual case.
Using the diagnostic tools of Chinese medicine, an optimum individual dietary plan can be established for you. While eating lots of chilli or spices is great for some people it may not be for others. Should you eat food warm or cold? How much fruit should you be eating? How much water should you be drinking? You'll get all the answers.
Massage
Massage works by soothing soft tissue, increasing oxygen flow in the blood, releasing toxins from the body and encouraging relaxation.
Massage is especially effective in treating ‘viscous cycle’ complaints. For instance, a tension headache is often self-sustaining because the pain makes the sufferer clench the affected muscles.
