Therapeutic massage can help to release painful tense muscles. It helps to alleviate overuse and sports injuries by increasing circulation, and enhance nutrient and oxygen delivery to the muscles, thus optimising tissue repair.
Using pure aromatherapy oils during massage can promote a restorative effect on a mental, emotional and physical level as well as enhancing relaxation leaving you feeling uplifted and relaxed. Choose from a selection of premium massage blends created for Sublime clients:

NATUROPATHY, HERBAL MEDICINE & IRIDOLOGY
Herbal Medicine is plant based medicine, it utilises a range of natural therapies to facilitate the body’s own capacity to restore health, on a physical and emotional level.
Consultations consist of looking at the body’s systems to gather a symptom picture for Naturopathic Diagnosis and uncover the underlying causes of illness. Iridology can also be used to facilitate diagnosis and assess overall health.
A personal prescription of Medicinal Herbs, Bach Flowers, Nutritional Supplements and dietary recommendations can then be formulated.
