SLM is Steve Lockhart's Myotherapy, a hands on form of bodywork based largely on an ancient art of healing from the East. It was made popular by Steve Lockhart in the early 90s and is totally changing the way pain and injury is being treated.
SLM bodywork is best defined as, 'manipulation of the body's soft tissue using a unique combination of acupressure and massage techniques that put length and function back into the muscles and balance the body, allowing it to function normally.'

SLM-Bodywork: Balance your Body
SLM bodywork is not just another form of massage but a powerful combination of techniques and knowledge that helps rid the body of pain and injury. An SLM Practitioner is trained to know how different muscles in the body are connected and how problems in one area can refer pain to a totally different area.
SLM Practitioners are also trained to recognise when a body requires attention to diet and/ or exercise before it is likely to respond properly to bodywork. This combined knowledge that forms the basis of a more holistic approach to a problem, means SLM Bodywork is highly effective in the large majority of cases.
What are the benefits of SLM Myotherapy?
The most obvious and instantaneous benefit of myotherapy is pain relief, but there are many more benefits that can be achieved over time with myotherapy, including the following:

Reconnective Healing®:
The Reconnection® ...

Reconnective Healing® is often a life-changing experience, utilizing new frequencies to allow for healing. Though the intent of Reconnective Healing® is essentially that of healing, be it physical, emotional, mental, spiritual or on any other level, to achieve the degree of healing brought forth via Reconnnective Healing®, you will, to some extent, experience reconnection to the fullness of the universe as part of the process. It is this "reconnection" that allows Reconnective Healing® to be so dramatically more comprehensive than the healing techniques we've had up until now.
Duration: Reconnective Healing® sessions typically last approx. 40 minutes, including table time, and one to three sessions are recommended.
Cost: $65.00 per session.
Although Reconnective Healing® and The Reconnection® are not completely separate processes, to obtain the full benefits of each, your Reconnective Healing® sessions and your Reconnection® sessions are to be experienced on separate occasions.
The Reconnection®:
The Reconnection® is intended to bring us into the fullness of our inherent connection with the universe and our original "blueprint," allowing for the exchange of light and information, the reconnection of DNA strands, and ultimately for our evolution. This is done via a two-session experience commonly referred to as receiving The Reconnection®.
Just as you receive some "reconnection" during healing sessions, during The Reconnection®, you will, to some extent, experience healing as part of the process.
The Reconnection® is done via two sessions, usually on two consecutive days. Sessions typically last 40-50 minutes.
Cost is: $333AUD for both sessions of The Reconnection®.
