The Nature of Balance has a history steeped in the background of traditional Chinese Medicine, which has thousands of years of knowledge behind it. Using Chinese Medicine as a basis, we have created a series of services to help you maintain positive health and be in the perfect condition to combat the stresses of everyday living.

Acupuncture

In recent years, Acupuncture has been adopted by Western medicine, and has become one of the fastest growing treatments of common pains and illnesses, with Medical funds endorsing the practise as well. Our qualified practitioners, who have experience both within Australia and overseas, work with your body to achieve and maintain balance and harmony.
By balancing and supporting the body’s major organs and energy centres, a wide range of disorders can be targeted and healed including many causes of pain—arthritis, frozen shoulder, headache, back pain and many others, including sleeplessness, menstrual and menopausal disorders, stopping smoking, stress, dizziness and hypertension, just to mention a few.

The Wellness Package combines different treatments including Acupuncture, Reiki, Australian Bush Flower Essence, Hopi Ear Candle and Cupping to treat a range of ailments and maintain complete health.
Herbal Medicine
Natural Chinese Herbal Medicine is a well-known and documented solution to many different ailments. Unlike Western medicine, which has been developed to only target a specific area, Chinese Herbal Medicine works in harmony with the body, affecting more than just the inflamed area to provide a longer-term solution. Chinese Herbal Medicine is also only presecribed after a full analysis of the entire body, which is needed to find the true source of the ailment.
Our on-site herbalist, using the finest herbs sourced from around the world, specifically blends our Chinese herbal formulas to suit individual needs, in consultation with the therapist.
Naturopathy
Naturopathic Medicine, or Naturopathy, is a system of medicine that uses natural substances to treat the patient. Naturopahy recognises that the patient's mental, emotional, and physical states must all be treated for a lasting effect, ensuringa whole of body approach.
Reiki

Reiki is the process of filling the body with Universal Life Force Energy through the placement of the hands on the physical body and restoring the body’s energy to its optimum.
Therapeutic Massage / Balance Massage

The Balance Massage is our famous stress relief massage. It is a gentle, relaxing full body massage that integrates specific acupressure points to calm the nervous system, clear the mind and relieve the body of built up tension and stress. We use a special blend of oils throughout this massage that is designed to rejuvenate, recharge and rebalance.
Sports Balance Massage

Designed specifically to assist with the rigours of a sporting lifestyle, the Sports Balance Massage uses a combination of deep tissue, relaxation massage and stretching to assist with the repair of muscles and ligaments common to sporting activity.
Pregnancy Massage

Nurturing, soothing and relaxing for the mother to be. Our pregnancy massage bed has a special mattress, which allows the mother to lay face down as the body is fully supported throughout.
Swedish Massage

Enhance your circulation and stimulate your muscles and soft tissue. Surrender to deep relaxation. This is a great introduction to massage.
Lymphatic Body

A light, soft massage combined with body brushing and aromatherapy to enhance the body’s ability to detoxify and increase energy.
Aromatic Massage

Balance your mind, body and soul. We will blend an aromatherapy combination to suit your mood: relax, revitalize, energize or detoxify.
Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone Therapy is an ancient and well-known method for creating relaxation in the body and assisting in the healing process.
The deep penetrating heat of the stones prepares the body for deeper work, allowing trigger points to dissolve and fade with minimal effort. Some of the benefits include: relief of chronic pain, deep relaxation and stress reduction, detoxification of the body and relief of neck and back pain.
Life Mentor / Coaching
A life coach or mentor can form an important part of assisting you discover what’s really important to you in your life, help you to design a plan to achieve your goals, overcome any obstacles and be along side of you on your journey to success.
