Bowen Therapy is a gentle form of massage that does not require oil and can be done through clothing. It works on the fascia of the body unlike Chiropractic or Physiotherapy. Fascia is a connective tissue found extensively throughout the body. It is found immediately under the skin and surrounds every muscle, bone, and organ in the body. Important cells of the body are housed in it and its properties in terms of healing have been highly ignored.
Reflexology is a natural healing art that has been known for many thousands of years. It is believed that Reflexology originated in China 5,000 years ago. Reflexology is a gentle and relaxing massage of feet and hands that release stress and tension and help the body to achieve homeostasis (normality).
Ear Candling is a safe, gentle, effective, relaxing and non-invasive therapy that helps many problems related to the ear, sinuses and head area and also benefits the lymphatic system.
Bach Flower Remedies were developed by Dr Edward Bach, a Harley Street Physician who observed that patients with the same disease or illness recovered at different rates according to personality or emotional types. He then researched and developed his flower essences to help maintain positive emotional outlooks. Bach Flower Remedies will not interfere with any other medication. They are completely safe and have no unwanted side effects and are non-addictive.
Shell Essence Remedies are vibrational remedies. Whereas conventional medicine uses surgery and drugs to repair bodily damage, vibrational medicine uses different forms and frequencies of energy to rebalance body, mind and spirit. Shell Essences use energy imprints found within the calcium bodies of certain seashells, which provide a form of energy information to correct specific imbalances.
Metamorphic Technique is a simple and effective way of making permanent changes in your life.
