Iridology
Iridologists believe that the health of a person can be seen in the eyes. Every iris is as unique as a person's thumbprint. The iris photo can point towards areas of weakness in a person's health that we refer to as "nurture points".
I use an iris camera to take a photo of the iris and you can view this magnified on a computer screen during the consultation. I use iridology as a diagnostic aid to assist in determining the best treatment program to suit the individual.
Herbal Medicine
 
I have a large herbal dispensary and can make up herbal tonics for my clients during the consultation. If liquid herbs are not tolerated, I also have an array of herbal tablets and powders suited to the individual needs of the client.

Natural Fertility and Preconception Care
There is a lot of supporting evidence showing the importance of preconception health for BOTH men and women. Ideally, both partners would start their preconception health care 6 months prior to conception. This would include making any necessary dietary changes, giving up smoking and alcohol, losing any extra weight and learning how to chart the menstrual cycle. Lifestyle advice and stress management techniques are also discussed.

Aromatherapy
I have been using essential oils for over 15 years and am well versed in the different methods of using essential oils for optimum health. When added to massage oils and vaporizers essential oils have a therapeutic effect as many scientific studies over the years have shown. After having an aromatherapy masage you are advised NOT to wash the oil blend off your body for at least the next 6 hours so that the oils can be fully absorbed by the body and exert their individual therapeutic benefits.
