AGED CARE:
Greg has extensive experience with treating the elderly, patients with a terminal illness, and an array of musculo/skeletal problems.
He is also experienced with pregnancy massage.
SPECIALISED TAILOR MADE SHIATSU:
Some sessions may incorporate other modalities in order to achieve the best results, and are specially designed to individual needs.
This offers a more comprehensive, wholistic form of bodywork.
The use of chinese cupping, moxabustion, magnetic therapy and mainstream sporting techniques such as a T.E.N.S machine are sometimes used. This will depend on the needs and suitability of a session.
PREGNANCY:
Safe, effective pre and post natal treatments.
TRADITIONAL SHIATSU:
Traditional Shiatsu is given on a Japanese futon.
Both Shiatsu and Zen Shiatsu are offered in order to achieve maximum results in promoting the bodies own healing properties. A variety of complaints can be treated by Shiatsu. Shiatsu maintains the body's harmony and balance by promoting the free flow of "chi"(vital energy).
Meridians (as those used in acupuncture) are stimulated or sedated. Corrective stretches are incorporated into some sessions.
Shiatsu has the ability to work effectively on the mind, body and spirit collectively.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE/THERAPIES:
Other bodywork therapies such as, Remedial Massage, Aromatherapy, and Sports Therapies are usually given on a traditional massage table. However as already stated some modalities may be combined in a normal session to achieve a greater result.
CORPORATE MASSAGE:
Corporate massage comes directly to the workplace. Suitable for office workers or any environment where a massage chair can be placed.
Duration of massage is dependent on how many workers there are and the time frame given. An hourly rate is charged.
EXPERIENCE:
