If you've never tried hypnosis, you will find it a deep relaxing experience for the mind and body. Val is also an expert in the field of group relaxation therapy and hypnosis. Group therapy is a fun and less expensive way to experience the benefits of hypnotherapy for the first time, so get together a small group of friends and book the retreat for a private getaway

Valerie Tompsett is a Graduate of the Academy of Hypnotic Science with recognized and accredited qualifications. Diploma of Health-Clinical-Hypnosis, Certivicate IV in Health - Counselling and Conflict Resolution.
