Sleeptalk for Children is a program designed to improve a child's self-esteem, and to assist them to overcome behavioural problems they may have, helping them to have a more positive experience of their world, and with their famiy!
Celia's thesis for her Masters was on Bedwetting in Children aged 5 - 7yrs, and how Sleeptalk can assist with this issue. Through the research conducted over a 3 month period, it was found that on average there was a decrease in bedwetting of 34.4%. This figure was rising as the study concluded, indicating that the longer Sleeptalk is performed, the greater the improvement seen in children - a fantastic result for all involved.
