WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?
Reflexology is a method of awakening the healing potential of the body. It is a gentle non-intrusive therapy applied to the feet and hands. It is both old and new. We know that the early Chinese, Japanese, Indians & Egyptians worked on the feet to promote good health. Today many of the same techniques have been developed into a modern scientific method call Reflexology. What joins to old with the new is the principle that there are energy zones that run throughout the body & reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all the major organs, glands & body parts.
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
I have been working with Reflexology & Reiki for the last 6 years. I have a Diploma in Reflexology from The Endeavour College of Natural Therapies.
