Dr. Jessica Evans
B.Sc.(Clin. Sci), M.H.Sc. (Osteo.), Certificate of Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling, M. A. O. A.
Jessica is a fully qualified registered Osteopath. As well as completing her double degree at Victoria University, Jessica has undertaken further study in the area of myofascial pain, paediatrics and obstretrics and visceral osteopathy.
Jessica utilises a wide variety of gentle and effective hands on techniques including soft tissue massage and positional release, joint mobilization and manipulation, stretching, postural alignment, muscle energy technique and dry needling. To achieve a holistic approach to your osteopathic treatment, Jessica also provides helpful dietary and lifestyle advice and a specific rehabilitation program to get you managing your problem optimally.
Whilst studying for 5 years, Jessica completed her masters project on the osteopathic treatment of asthma, and thus has a keen interest in treating visceral conditions such as heartburn, reflux or indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome or constipation, period pain, asthma and symptoms associated with the common cold.
She also enjoys treating headaches, migraines, facial pain and jaw problems, as well as children and pregnancy related conditions.

About your visit:
Your first consultation will be a detailed one-hour assessment and treatment, which not only focuses on relieving your painful area but also on analysing what may be preventing your condition from healing.
Our aim is to remove your pain and make you feel better via the use of gentle manipulation, deep soft tissue massage, stretches, postural alignment, mobilisation/articulation, taping techniques, lymphatic drainage and myofascial work.
