Counselling:
One on one therapy that allows you to explore whatever issues are troubling you right now. Holistic Living Counselling can bring about deep level change and progress by assisting you in identifying any self limiting beliefs that are preventing you from moving forward. Interactive activities conducted within the sessions help you make your own discoveries and find the origin of unsupportive beliefs - becoming empowered to change them. This type of counselling is effective for short term or long term problems. Counselling can also be helpful for when you are just in a "slump" and find yourself unable to find contentment. Whatever the stumbling block, counselling can provide you with the tools to move through the problem and out the other side feeling clear and having learnt more about yourself in the process.
