My treatment appeals to a broad range of people:
- those interested in good health and a balanced body
- those who experience intermittent pain or discomfort
- those suffering chronic pain and, importantly, not helped by other practitioners.
This treatment has a very high success rate - in the 90% range.
The treatment involves muscle and meridian work to the whole body following a soaking under hot, wet towels to relax and prepare the muscles.
By bringing the body back to correct alignment:
- pain is relieved,
- meridians are balanced,
- circulatory, lymphatic and nervous systems are stimulated,
- and the release of toxins instigated.
I call my treatment MYOTHERAPY (muscle therapy) as it is a system using muscles to bring the body back into line.
There is no formal name for the treatment which was passed down through generations of the same Japanese family. No-one survives from the original family but I was fortunate enough to study under the only outside person taught by the last master.
After many years of a successful and busy practice in Sydney I have recently moved to Adelaide to begin my practice here.
