What is Onepoint Yoga
Onepoint Yoga concentrates on various physical stretches, postures, breath control and meditation. With an emphasis on training the body and taming the mind, the body becomes disciplined, the breath deep and rythmical, the mind calm and focused. We stimulate the meridians of the body, tuning in to major organs as we practice Acu Yoga to balance, heal & strengthen. At the close of each session, we enter into the guided meditation of Yoga Nidra/Onepointed awareness, the great yogic sleep. Here we further de-stress, relax, and release, absorbing the many beneficial effects of our yoga practise.
Releases & strengthens all organs, muscles, glands & nerves. Increases physical, mental & emotional well-being.Provides deep stretching & toning. Reduces stress. The Class
Classes are limited to a maximum of 12 people on the mat and 6 people on equipment, providing you with close supervision, quality instruction and ease of observation.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
Anne has studied and taught extensively in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. She holds a Yoga Teacher's Diploma (Aust.Yoga Master's Assoc.) Mat II Certification (Aust.Pilates Method Assoc.) Full Studio Certification: Floor, Pilates Ball, Pilates for Pregnancy, Reformer Level 01, 02 & 03, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Arc Barrel (Pilates Institute of Australasia). Anne also holds a Bachelor of Education (Edu & Health) and a Steiner Teaching Diploma.
