Meredith has been practicing and teaching various forms of hands on healing and yoga since 1992. She has been teaching Body Harmony since 1997. As a member of the Body Harmony Guild, Meredith takes an active role in the protocols and evolution of the Body Harmony continuum. In her background are studies in rebirthing, yoga, meditation, cranio sacral therapy, reiki and Art Therapy. She participates in ongoing education and trainiing and co-ordiates classes and seminars in related trainings. As well as running her private practice in Merimbula, Meredith conducts regular yoga classes and retreats.
Yoga Classes
Yoga Classes are conducted weekly on Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm Yoga practice also forms part of the Body HarmonyŽ Retreat weekends.
Meredith practices in the Satyananda style tradition of yoga and has a vast eclectic approach to the practice, drawing on 20 years of experience in many forms of yoga practice. Classes are fun, enthusiastic and powerful with a focus on strength, stamina and flexibility.

Claerwen Retreat
Claerwen Retreat is located "high above the world" overlooking the Great Ocean Road. It is the highest point in the area, an old aboriginal sacred site, with stunning ocean views.
It offers a holiday with a difference that is focused on self discovery and personal growth. We support this process in an environment of peaceful solitude, healing nature and luxurious accommodation. Claerwen Retreat encompasses the beauty of 130 acres of park, bush and fern gullies, a saltwater pool,spa and tennis court. The beach is 10 minutes away. All workshops are self catering.
