Hellerwork is the leading edge in Structural Integration Bodywork. It works at the root of inflexibility, the fascia, releasing core body tensions. Derived from Rolfing, Hellerwork brings the elements of bodywork, movement education (with complete postural assessment) and dialogue together.
The Hellerwork Series consists of eleven 90 minute sessions of Deep Tissue Bodywork and Movement Education, designed to re-align the body and release chronic tension and stress. Practitioners also facilitate clients to become aware of any emotional stress that may be related to physical tension. Hellerwork involves your entire being in the process of healing.

Colon Hydrotherapy is a safe, gentle infusion of water into the colon under conditions that offer safety using no chemicals or drugs. It is the natural solution to conditions that interfere with the normal functions of the colon. Colonics effectively remove stagnant faecal material from the colon walls, preventing buildup of bacterial toxins in the portal and lymphatic system.
Questions and Answers
How is the treatment administered?
A colonic takes 45-60 minutes to complete. A catheter is gently inserted into the rectum. This catheter is attached to tubing which carries water in and waste out of the colon simultaneously in one gentle action – no mess, no fuss, no odour – in fact a relaxing experience. Except for the insertion of the tube you are completely covered during the entire procedure.
Is the procedure painful?
Rarely. Sometimes during the procedure the muscles of the colon contract suddenly, expelling considerable liquid and waste into the rectum. The contraction may feel like cramping or gas with pressure in the rectum. Most of the process is mild and gentle resulting in a wonderfully light and empty feeling.
Can one become dependant on it? Could the colon stop working on its own?
No. Actually, one of its good features is that it can tone the colon muscles so it does not perform so sluggishly.
Why not just use laxatives?
Laxatives are simply not as effective as a thorough cleanse, which also flushes toxins from the liver, kidneys and lymphatics. Additionally laxatives can be habit forming
Will one cleansing completely empty the colon?
Almost never. Many of us have kilograms of impacted faeces in our colon. One cleansing removes some, and the second more. Your personal objective and the guidance of the trained operator will determine how many you will need to have.
Can colon hydrotherapy wash away all bacteria – even good?
No – the majority of beneficial bacteria are produced in the ascending colon. If this is blocked the natural production of ‘flora and fauna’ is reduced, causing bloating and wind – ‘fermentation’ instead of digestion. When cleared through a colonic, normal production of beneficial bacteria resumes.

NES–Professional®: A Revolution In Healthcare
The Nutri-Energetics System® is the culmination of twenty-five years of work by Professor Peter Fraser into the quantum electrodynamic (QED) field of the human body and, ultimately, into how matter is structured. The NES–Professional combines Professor Fraser’s breakthrough mapping of the human QED body-field with the power of Harry Massey's computer imaging to produce the most advanced system for body-field analysis and treatment available today. The NES–Professional allows the practitioner to quickly get to the root causes of why you may be ill, and then to correct your energy field through use of specific infoceutical remedies to hasten healing and the return to well-being.
How Does The NES–Professional Work?
To understand the science behind NES–Professional, you have to understand the basics of the human energy field, or what Fraser calls the “human body-field.” The human body-field is powered by twelve main interlocking fields and is then further divided into twelve main self-organizing sections. There are two primary issues connected with restoring beneficial communication within the human body-field. The first issue is to provide enough energy to power the body-field effectively. Without sufficient energy, communication between organ systems is diminished. The twelve “Energetic Drivers” (that correspond with major organs and systems such as the brain, heart, lungs, etc.) are infoceutical remedies that have been designed to provide energy to the twelve interlocking fields that create the overall body-field. Once the body-field is powered effectively, communication is enhanced and the body’s own natural responses begin to bring the body-field into balance.
The second focus is to ensure that the body-field is structured correctly. Although the body-field is powered by twelve interlocking fields, it also organizes itself into twelve main sections, or what Professor Fraser calls “compartments,” which relate back to traditional Chinese medicine and the structure of DNA. In other words, these twelve energy compartments activate the fields of the body cells, providing an environment for them to work effectively. For a perfect expression (between genetics and other energetic influences) to occur, each compartment of the body-field needs to be structured correctly. “Energetic Integrators” are infoceutical remedies that have been designed to enable the correct structuring of the twelve main energy compartments and the information contained within them.
Professor Fraser’s breakthrough was in discovering that the human body-field has a complex, folded structure that is influenced by many different types of energy (e.g., magnetic, sound, electromagnetic, ionic). The inner aspects of the body-field cannot be tested accurately without first properly unfolding its outer structures.
