Sestina Dos Santos
Sestina is an Intuitive Light worker, Parapsychologist, Energy Therapist, Spiritual Healer and Hypnotherapist. She has a successful practice in Sydney and has been providing readings and healings for over 10 years.
In her years of practice Sestina found many of her clients had a high level of interest in developing their true life potiential so she has developed a unique process which resolves current or past issues that might be keeping people from achieving the happiness they deserve.
Sestina is also a Clairvoyant, Psychic Medium and a Metaphysical Lecturer. She conducts workshops throughout each year.

Services offered in my practice are the following:
Hypnotherapy Sessions
This programme is approximately 4 sessions, this will be determined at your first session. Each session is on a monthly basis and is designed to initiate change at the soul level, balancing any belief structures that are limiting you and then aligning you with your own true path. In between each session, it gives you time to assimilate change and to action it. As with any therapy, when positive change has occurred within you, implementing change through your actions, thoughts and feelings will need to follow at a time when it naturally occurs to secure the behavior in place.
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of being. We naturally go in and out of trance many times a day without being consciously aware that it has occurred. Its like being totally absorbed in a good book or a hobby and loosing track of the time.
How does it work?
Our past experiences, whether we can consciously recall them or not, can determine how we react with people/situations in a positive or less desirable way. All these experiences are stored in a data bank (subconscious) as a reference point and a guideline for you to use in your day to day life.
When a person is under hypnosis both their conscious mind and body are totally relaxed and the Hypnotherapist is able to bypass the conscious mind and create positive change with the subconscious mind.
Are there any side effects?
Hypnosis is entirely safe. You cannot be hypnotised against your will or go against your moral code. People are able to come out of hypnosis and end their session anytime they choose.

1 hour $150.00 (second session and then after).
Children Session Fees: 45min $125.00.

Energetic Healing Sessions
Each healing session has a unique dimension to it where each energy point within you will be reconnected to your own energetic flow.
Life style and daily commitments add to our stress and affect our health and wellbeing where we can fill constricted within ourselves. Each healing session caters to your needs where so you can relax, let go and allow your flow to revitalize you while creating balance and harmony within you.
Energetic Healing Session Fees:

Readings
These include Clairvoyance, Tarot and Psychometry.
If you need insight and guidance in your life a reading can assist in clearing your mind so you can get a better sense of direction when implementing your choices.
