+ Fast Stress Management
This is a one-hour workshop to teach participants beneficial techniques to diffuse stress. The workshop includes effective breathing techniques and stretches for the office.

+ Stress Management and Meditation Course

Sessions are of one hour duration once per week for four to eight weeks.
