Brenda is a qualified practitioner with the Association of Massage Therapy (AMT). Massage techniques used during treatment include myofascial release, remedial, deep tissue, sports, acupressure, trigger point therapy, relaxation, Chinese massage (Tui na), Reflexology and Pregnancy massage. Specialising in rehabilitation, neck, back and sciatic pain.
MUMS AND BUBS
As a new Mum, I found it helpful to receive a massage and give a massage to my little boy. Now that you are a Mum, you are using your body and holding your posture in new awkward positions when feeding and carrying your baby. Bring bub along with you to your next treatment and both of you can receive the gift of touch and increase the bond between you both.

WEEKEND MASSAGE COURSE FOR COUPLES
Learn to pamper your partner with a relaxation massage. The course covers a variety of relaxation massage techniques, so that you and your partner can learn to give and receive the wonderful gift of a massage.
The course is run at the clinic and is exculsive to one couple per weekend only. Notes will be provided with pictures for reference after the course.

AYURVEDIC HEALING MASSAGE by Brenda
Heal the body with Ayurvedic herbal oils and essences from Bentota, Sri Lanka - the capital of ayurvedic medicine. The follow up consultation will normally takes up to 30 minutes.

Private yoga tuition provides the individual with a personalised practice, including postures (asana-s), breathing (pranayama) and meditation for a home practice. BOWEN THERAPY by Paula O'Sullivan 0411 155 549
Bowen Therapy is a cross fibre muscle release technique that balances and stimulates energy flows, resulting in a deep sense of overall relaxation. There are regular pauses between the series of gentle moves to give the body the required time to allow the body to reset and heal itself.
The technique is not considered massage but rather a non invasive muscle release technique consisting of a series of gentle cross fibre moves that have long term benefits so long as the injury or pain is not reaggravated.
Bowen Technique strives to find the origin of a problem and is therefore very effective for muscular-skeletal problems, including ankle, knee, lower back and neck pain. Other problems addressed by the Bowen Technique include:
* Asthma
* Dizziness
* Frozen shoulder
* Headaches
* Repetitive stress injury (RSI)
* Whiplash
* Dental or Facial pain
* Many muscle or joint pains of unknown origin
* Emotional stress and anxiety
A treatment usually requires the client to lie on a massage table and can be performed through light clothing. Sessions can last from 30-90mins. It is usually recommended to have three to six sessions with a break of five to ten days between each session.
