This ancient system of healing has proven massage and oil therapies to be important tools for promoting health, preventing disease and regulating the body systems. All aspects of the treatments aim to promote balance of body, mind & spirit in a nurturing manner.
AYURVEDIC STONE THERAPY
This sublime pampering and therapeutic treatment leaves you feeling blissfully nourished, relaxed & reconnected with your true beautiful self. The magical essence of nature is combined with the sublime relaxation of an ancient therapy, encorperating rich herbalised Ayurvedic oils, warm and cool stones, crystals and sound to bring the physical and subtle bodies into harmony.
Rythmic massage softens and tones the skin and tissues, promotes the release of muscle and joint tention, stimulates the circulation of vital life fluids which nourish the body and help to move unhealthy toxins out of the system, improving your sense of wellbeing and vitality. This is a very tactile treatment in which you experience the silky quality of the stones, luxurious oils and gentle - firm massage strokes. Marma Point Therapy is also used to revitalise the whole body by opening and cleansing the energy channels. The restorative properties of the oils, the stones and the combination of traditional remedial and Ayurvedic massage techniques work in harmony to create a deep sense of tranquility. REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Incorperating the benefits of Remedial, Sports and Swedish massage techniques, pain, tightness, postural imbalances and stress are addressed to help one find relief from stressful and debilitating imbalanced. Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release, Stretching and Deep Compressions are used to soften the armour that constricts the body, allowing one to surrender to suppleness and enjoy deep relaxation. Treatments are tailored to the needs of the individual.
