    Di Morrow Method Natural Facelift

    Natural Facelift

A revolutionary new massage-based natural option to remove cellulite and to give a natural facelift, free of drugs and needles has been developed by Newcastle massage therapist Di Morrow.

Di Morrow has continued to refine this technique since 1995 and her massage-based therapies are now available in Canberra. Therapist Carolyn Chalmers is one of a select few therapists trained in this modality and is the only certified therapist in the NSW/ACT region.

Clients experiencing the natural facelift therapy have reported they look and feel younger and have more energy after one treatment. The techniques used assist in the drainage of lymph from a client’s face and neck and assist in reducing the signs of stress and can assist in reducing puffiness around the eyes. It is a non-invasive therapy that assists in tightening skin around the neck and face, and you should see results after the first treatment.

The therapy can benefit both men and women and clients receive the maximum benefit they drink adequate water to help their bodies remain hydrated.

    Di Morrow Natural Cellulite Therapy

Dr Morrow’s method is based on her theory cellulite is actually hydrated fat cells located in body tissue. Toxins are trapped in these cells and are not able to be eliminated from a person’s body via the lymphatic system. This therapy involves a unique massage-based routine to enable the toxins to enter the lymph system and be removed from the body. A client can assist this process by daily body brushing and intake of adequate water to enable the body to purge out toxins from the body.

One of the main reasons cellulite is formed on the human body is due to female hormones, especially oestrogen. Due to this women usually have more problems with cellulite then men.

The Di Morrow Method can be applied to all parts of the body, resulting in firmer flesh, smoother contours and visible uplifting.

Cellulite has been successfully removed from thighs, hips, ankles, inner knees, upper arms, back and buttocks by this method. The treatment involves using specially selected therapeutic-grade essential oils to aid in the assistance of cellulite.

    Natural Cellulite Therapy Removal is:

  • Safe
  • Requires no great change of lifestyle
  • Is comparatively quick
  • Promotes healthy lifestyle choices
  • Is non-invasive
  • Is massage-based

*A free bottle of special massage oil is provided to the client after their first visit for use on areas treated for cellulite.

    Raindrop Technique

The Raindrop Technique is an exciting new modality that is new to Australia. It was developed by naturopath D. Gary Young in the 1980s and from the results of research concluded many spinal maladjustments are caused by muscle spasms and inflammatory-producing bacteria and viruses that reside along the spine.

The technique incorporated Ancient Tibetan, Ancient Egyptian and American Indian Bodywork techniques and various elements of the technique can be used to complement other modalities including Bowenwork, Reflexology and massage.

The technique involves dripping drops of unadulterated therapeutic-grade essential oils from a height of 15 centimetres onto a client’s back to enable the oils to interact with their physical body.

A form of reflexology, Vitaflex, is part of the Raindrop Technique and uses several essential oils used during a treatment a client will experience deep relaxation and body balancing.

This technique has been used on babies to the elderly, pregnant women and clients in wheelchairs to treat scoliosis lower back pain, depression and anxiety, ear and eye problems, whiplash injuries, and sciatica and sinus infections.

    Sports Injury Therapy

Sports injury therapy is a type of therapy that treats joint, ligament, muscle and tendon injuries. Treatment involves mobilising affected areas as well as strengthening and stretching exercises as part of the treatment plan. The therapy could assist in helping you to train more effectively, without causing additional injury.

Not only professional athletes but anyone who suffers injury from trauma or recreational sporting activities can benefit from sports injury therapy.

The aim of the therapy is to reduce pain initially and then to restore function to the injured area as soon as possible. Pain caused by spasm and tension in muscles can be experienced in the arms, lower back, legs, neck and head.

Conditions that can be treated by sports injury therapy include

  • Reducing muscle tension
  • Promoting flexibility
  • Relieving pain
  • Increasing blood flow and lymphatic drainage
