Claire, our Principal Yoga Instructor has studied Iyenga, Ashtanga, Vini and Shivianda Yoga, so you can rest assured you will receive a well balanced class from an experienced, patient, and passionate teacher. Claire is also a massage therapist and Mum, bringing a broad background of knowledge, experience, and practicality to her teaching.
