CLASSES FOR THE PUBLIC
We offer over 20 classes per week: Beginners courses in yoga, pilates and meditation plus drop in classes. Life Source Director Christina Brown has written four books on yoga and natural therapies. Types of yoga on offer are Ashtanga, Hatha, Dynamic Hatha Flow, Jivamukti, Prenatal yoga classes.
