Whoever practices Yoga in Daily Life gains a strength and zest for life. The Asanas (Physical exercises) and Pranayamas (breath exercises) form two of the most important pillars for health and long life.

Systematic Courses from Level 1-8 according to the World Renown System of Yoga in Daily Life, a classical Yoga practice based on the time honored tradition of Yoga and Meditation. Always evolving. Practice is designed for Physical, Social, Spiritual and Mental Health.

Please contact us for an up to date scedule of class Levels as they are subject to cahnge throughout the year or visit our website. Anyone new to Yoga in Daily Life starts with Level 1 to develop the principles of proper movement, proper breathing, meditation and philosophy. Yoga in Daily Life is more than a physical practice and hence a foundation in all aspects of Yoga are necessary to progress smoothy through the levels:

  • Monday 9.30-11.00am Gecko Hall, 139 Duringan St Currumbin, beside Currumbin Creek,

  • Mondays 6.00 - 7.30pm Gecko Hall (see above) Currumbin

  • Mondays 7.30 - 9.00pm Gecko Hall (see above) Currumbin

  • Tuesdays 9.30 - 11.00am The Sanctuary, 1276 Gold Coast Hwy Palm Beach

Yoga in Daily Life's system is holistic and systematic practice "HARMONY FOR BODY, MIND AND SOUL".

"The essence of Yoga & Meditation is about a very simple thing...your happiness. Yoga is not just physical fitness training. It is an authentic holistic tradition inclusive of contemplation & meditation. Its aim is for you to achieve your fullest potential in life, since you possess a storehouse of immense happiness within you! It's not essential to be young & supple to practice Yoga & Meditation...all that is needed, is a desire to be happy. "


Yoga in Daily Life is suitable for all ages and levels of physical ability. It is based on the classical path of Yoga and offers an aid to help oneself in attaining and improving health as well as physical, mental, and spiritual harmony. Yoga is the science of body, mind, consciousness and soul.

All must start with Beginners/Introduction to Yoga in Daily Life course, despite level of experience in other Yoga teachings. Classes progress from Level 1- Level 8. You may also choose to repeat a level at any time or join two classes per week. Booking early is recommended and terms cost $150 payment in full on first night, enquire for concessions.




We are also Gold Coast only supplier of the original ECO YOGA MATS from the UK, fully environmental and biodegradable, for environmentally conscious Yoga practice.
