REIKI TREATMENT - $65 1 hour consultation
Enjoy the relaxation as the Reiki healing energy flows gently through your body & mind, releasing negativity & stress as you experience a sense of well-being and a re-energising of your Spirit.
(not massage) Consultations are for approximately 1 hour and can also include crystals, visualisation, colour and music.
REIKI CERTIFICATE COURSES Reiki Level 1, 2 and Mastery (level 3)
Reiki Level 1 - Learn a 'self-help' ancient healing art to assist you with your own health, well-being, personal and spiritual journey. A wonderful gift for yourself and others.
Reiki Level 2 - Continue your Reiki journey as you are further attuned to this gentle healing energy. Feel self empowered as we share in this workshop further healing benefits for yourself and others. Including distant healing & chakra balancing. (Practitioner Level)
Pre-requisite - Must have completed Reiki Level 1 in the Usui System of Reiki.
Master Teacher (Level 3) - Continue your Reiki journey as you learn further techniques to enable you to become a teacher in Reiki. Conducted over several months and can take up to one year. This amazing journey involves a high personal commitment.
Pre-requisite - Must have completed Reiki Level 1 & 2 in the Usui System of Reiki.
WOMEN NURTURING WOMEN - Personal Wellbeing Workshop - 1 day
Through a safe and nurturing environment we will explore your inner and outer worlds as we embrace, nurture and honour who we are. Become more empowered as we journey into self-discovery and move forward with courage and joy.
This course will cover:
- Relaxation and stress management techniques
- Self talk (what is your mantra?)
- Working positively with change
- Mindfulness meditation
- Honoring ritual and ceremony in your life
Handout and guided meditation cd provided.
MEDITATION (weekly classes per term)
Beginners & Experienced Meditators.
Enjoy an inspirational approach whilst in the ambience of Reiki. Learn how to go within and be peaceful. Meditation assists with stress, lack of clarity and direction/focus. Day & Evening Classes, per term.
SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT CLASSES (weekly class per term)
Work with your spirit guides and higher self. Mediumship, psychic readings, psychometry and much more. Feel self empowered in understanding your inner most self. Ongoing Day & Evening classes available.
