About Vitality - Health & Wellbeing
Vitality is a wholistic health practice that focuses on the needs of the individual. We assist people to achieve optimal health and wellbeing. At Vitality you will always have the chance to discuss your health concerns in depth, and to become involved in the management of your health issues.
At Vitality we have a special interest in the health and wellbeing of children. Regular workshops are conducted to educate parents in the natural health options for their children. Women's health issues are also of paramount importance, and we work extensively with women experiencing menstrual difficulties, menopausal issues, or those who want further advice during pregnancy.
About Cherie
Cherie has extensive training in natural therapies. She has completed a Bachelor Health Science (Naturopathy) degree and a Diploma in Remedial Massage. She continues to update her knowledge and skills by attending regular conferences and seminars relating to various topics.
Cherie has a special interest in the health and wellbeing of children, and enjoys assisting parents in choosing natural therapies for their children. Regular workshops are conducted to educate parents about natural health for their children. Women's health issues are also of paramount importance to Cherie, and she works extensively with women who have menstrual difficulties, menopausal issues or require assistance throughout their pregnancy.
Cherie's other passion is manufacturing creams and balms and utilising essential oils. She makes hand creams, foot creams, lip balms and lotions for her clients - all from natural ingredients which nourish the skin and without the use of harsh chemicals.

What to expect from a naturopathic Consultation

First consultation 1 hour $70
First consultation for children under 18yrs $50
The purpose of this lengthy consultation is to discuss your current symptoms as well as your health history. The naturopath may wish to discuss your diet and lifestyle, emotional issues, energy levels, stress and anxiety levels and health history.
Based on the discussion plus any findings from iridology and nail and tongue diagnosis, a treatment plan will be formulated for you.
Treatment may include a combination of diet and lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, Bach flowers, tissue salts or massage. At Vitality we believe in educating people, therefore you may be given additional notes such as diet plans and information regarding vitamins and minerals.
Follow-up/short consultation ½ hour $40
These consultations are used to assess the treatment given and to address any new concerns.
Massage consultation 1 hour $60
Massage will be tailored to suit your needs. Remedial massage focuses on reducing pain and tightness in your muscles. Special handmade creams can also be massaged into hands and feet to soothe dry skin.
