CONFIDENTIALITY
If you are visiting us for the first time, you will be asked to complete a short consultation form to assist us in providing you with the best possible service. Your personal details will remain totally confidential and accessible by Oasis Day Spa employees only.
You may choose not to receive marketing material from Oasis Day Spa - Natural Health Clinic just email Us and we will take you off our mailing list immediately.
BEHAVIOUR
Oasis Day Spa - Natural Health Clinic has the right to refuse treatment to any person believed to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor, drugs or any other substance. Aggressive and rude behaviour will not be tolerated and Will ensure complete dismissal from the premises.
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
Credit Cards are required for all weekend bookings and any bookings over two hours in duration, Monday to Friday.
We kindly ask for a 50% deposit when scheduling any package or treatment exceeding two hours duration and for all treatments held on weekends. This deposit is fully refundable should notice of cancellation or alteration be given at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. For no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to debit your credit card with the deposit amount.
ENTERTAINMENT CARD MEMBERS
Please state if you are a member. Entertainment Card discount does not apply to Spa Packages, Wedding Packages, Frequent user packages.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24hours notice for any cancellations of a booking.
Reservations
Advanced bookings for groups or spa package treatments are highly recommended one week prior to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.
