Chiropractic
A chiropractor is a health professional that specialises in the spine and its relationship to the nervous system. Chiropractic uses manual techniques to maintain and restore the spinal column and the nervous system to its optimum function. Numerous studies throughout the world have shown that chiropractic treatment, is both safe and effective. Many patients have benefited from chiropractic adjustments for neck pain, low back pain, headaches, joint pain, sprain/strains, pinched nerves, numbness and tingling, etc.
The benefits of chiropractic adjustments are so far reaching, because the nervous system controls every organ system in the body. Experience shows that other complaints such as menstrual problems, hormonal abnormalities, and general wellbeing can be helped through chiropractic treatments. Chiropractic treatment can also benefit other non-musculoskeletal symptoms such as easier breathing, vision changes, improved digestion, better circulation, blood pressure changes, and hearing improvement.

Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy is a dynamic system of muscle and connective tissue therapy that produces rapid and lasting relief from pain and discomfort.
The work consists of a series of gentle, precise moves on specific areas. It stimulates energy flow, which activates the body’s own resources for healing. The work is non-invasive, and comfortable for the client. Frequent and important pauses between moves give the body time to respond and benefit from each series of moves.
Bowen has proven very effective in many chronic cases where other therapies have failed.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit and creates many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.
