BOWEN THERAPY
I am a registered practitioner of Bowen Therapy with more than 10 years experience. Over this period I have treated hundreds of people for a diverse range of conditions and I am still amazed and delighted by the results. This gentle, yet dynamic therapy works quickly, even on long standing conditions. Many cases of back pain, some over 20 years old have been resolved or substantially improved after 4 or 5 treatments. Many conditions respond even quicker.
For optimal, long term results from Bowen I prefer to treat weekly for 3 to 5 weeks. However, this is entirely up to the client. Much healing can take place after one treatment and some issues are completely resolved.
The feeling of well being which occurs after a treatment frequently surprises clients. Clients most often mention greater energy and sound sleep.

YOGA CLASSES
Yoga Chi Gung is a unique system of energetic exercise that draws on primciples and techniqes from Chi Gung, Tai Chi Chaun, Yoga, Awareness Through Movement and the Alexander Technique. Regular practice of Yoga is deeply relaxing, promotes healing and enhances flexibility and strength. Energetic exercises can be adapted to suit all ages and levels of fitness.

Wear comfortable loose fitting or stretch clothing, bring a thick blanket or mat to lie on and a blanket to cover yourself during relaxation.
PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES
* Private classes can be tailored to your requirements.
* Whether you wish to increase flexibility, strengthen a vulnerable back or learn how to relax, I can create a yoga program specifically for you.
* You choose the time and day to suit, as well as the frequency of the classes. I suggest 5 classes to learn a program correctly. Classes can be daily, twice weekly, weekly or fortnightly. It's up to you!

I have used Reiki healing for myself and others almost daily since becoming attuned for Reiki 1and 2 in 1995. In 1997, I received the attunement for Reiki Master level , and since that time I have enjoyed teaching the original Usui system of Reiki in small, personalized workshops.

ENERGY HEALING
A steadily growing and rewarding part of my practice is dedicated to energy healing. In these times so many of us are struggling to cope with high levels of anxiety, stress or phobias. The techniques I use bring the energy system back into balance, painlessly releasing years of negative emotions and limiting beliefs. I have worked with clients with agoraphobia, work related stress, anxiety disorders, fear of public speaking, grief and depression.
I use a range of gentle but effective techniques, including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or tapping) and Rapid Eye Therapy. The results are often life changing! People experience more joy in their lives, greater self esteem and are more easily able to change their circumstances whether financial, relationships or health. Instead of struggle, life begins to flow with ease.
I teach clients a wide range of techniques to use daily at home. These simple techniques will take care of negative emotions which might crop up between sessions and will complement the work done during the session.
