This clinic has been operating for 5 years in the Bondi area and offers a variety of services which can all contribute to the health and well being as you choose. Treatment can be focused on deep tissue osteopathic massage and skilful manipulation of specific joints, and the use of acupuncture and moxibustion to relieve pain and improve function.

Tim’s Tama Treatment doors have now been open for five years, he practices Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 2-7pm in the afternoons and Saturday mornings from 8.30 am to 2pm, call 02 9343 4482 or 0411-516-282 for an appointment.
If you work or live near the city you may want to catch him at the Surry Hills practice on a Monday afternoon only from 2-7pm.

Due to popular demand the clinic now offers more flexibility (ha ha) with treatment options so that we can tailor make the ideal treatment for you. For example the full POWER treatment of osteopathy, massage and acupuncture combined is available. There may be times when only osteopathic manipulation is appropriate. When you enquire we can discuss the best option for you and your health plan.You may choose to NOT have acupuncture or NOT have manipulation WHATEVER you like!
Therapeutic massage is also available to you. One to two hour full body massages are available offering a sports deep tissue massage or a relaxing, pampering massage for yourself or a loved one.

Example of a session
Osteopathic treatment
Begins with 15 minutes of massage by a qualified and experienced masseur, usually Lisa.
Then further osteopathic massage with Tim and the use of manipulation and /or other techniques.
These sessions are usually 30 mins and the charge is $80. The clinic has credit card facilities and Hicaps. These means the claim is processed on the spot and is very convenient.
Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment are also available, and can be booked separately or as part of a combined osteopathic and acupuncture session.
This is a powerful combination of eastern and western healing ideas.
It has been my experience that energy flow can be blocked by "mechanical" restrictions, as well as more etheric concepts.
Yoga is another wonderful healing tool that I use to help solve problems with people, the use of yoga postures during treatment and giving seperate private yoga classes is a service I enjoy offering.
Feldenkrais lessons are also offered on a private basis, or can be incorporated with other treatments.
Other treatment possibilities
include multi treatment, acupuncture and massage, massage and osteopathic manipulation, acupuncture and osteopathic manipulation, or osteopathic manipulation only which give you more freedom to choose what your body needs and favours. A bit about Tim..
Tim’s history of fixing injuries spans over 20 years. Some clients have followed Tim from his early practice days at Bondi Junction, however most have found him through his ever growing reputation by word of mouth. Many clients enjoy the good practice of regular maintenance treatments that keep the body aligned and healthy, avoiding the usual pattern of overuse, misuse, …abuse of the body resulting in injury. Let’s work together to prevent injury .
Tim has mastered a variety of modalities as well as osteopathy, such as acupuncture, yoga teaching, feldenkrais, and exercise., which are reflected in his treatments and all combine to create a unique and extremely powerful treatment. Tim has always had a keen interest in naturopathy, nutrition and energy work which along with his knowledge of Chinese medicine enables him to help people on a multi dimensional level. And he really enjoys sharing his knowledge of diet....as a recovered sugar addict he understands!
