I use my knowledge of essential oils and massage to aid in a holistic treatment. Aromatherapy massage is a specialised massage technique which incorporates acupressure, lymphatic drainage and facial massage. Pure essential oils are individually chosen for each treatment so that the mental, emotional and physical aspects of each client are looked after.
When a client comes for the first time I will ask about your medical history, exercise habits, sleeping patterns and also diet to get a complete picture so I am able to provide the best possible treatment for your individual needs.
Aromatherapy is very effective as a preventative health care for boosting the immune system, detoxing the lymphatic system very gently, reducing stress levels and helping with pain in the body etc.It is truly a wholistic and non-invasive natural therapy.
EAR CANDLING
This ancient procedure is completely painless and simple in removing toxins and excess wax from the ear canal. Ear Candling may bring relief from excessive wax build up, sinus pain and infection, headaches, earaches and relieve pressure in the ears before taking a plane flight. My treatment for ear candling is combined with gentle lymphatic drainage on the face, using appropriate essential oils.
MEDITATION
There are many forms of meditation techniques used to train the mind and body to experience stillness. Regular meditation provides a rejuvenation effect on the mind and body, calms the central nervous system, and slows down the brain waves to conserve nervous energy.
In its simplest form meditation is a form of deep relaxation, which brings immediate physical and psychological benefits. It is about becoming calm and getting in touch with our inner soul. This then provides inner strength and allows one to deal with the many stresses in our daily lives.

AUSTRALIAN BUSH FLOWER ESSENCES
Flower essences have a long history of a healing from ancient times and spanning many cultures. Aust. Bush Flowers are a vibrational medicine that can be used to treat emotional imbalances of the physical body.
Everything in existence has a unique vibration rate, including our very own bodies. Imbalances affect the quality of our lives in many ways. These essences assist in restoring balance and harmony. They are pure and natural. I use the essences in conjunction with other healing modalities to address different aspects of a particular condition or situation of clients.
The essences may be used as a single essence remedy or by combining a number of essences together.
An example of a combination essence is:-
Travel Essence - This combination is benefical for the distress associated with all forms of travel, especially long distance on an aeroplane. It enables a person to arrive at their destination feeling balanced and ready to go. Many of my clients always use this when crossing many time zones.
The travel essence is made up in a bottle with a dropper inside for easy application. To use it simply requires 7 drops under the tongue, or in a little water morning and night.
ENERGY HEALING
An energetic healing session is tailored to a person's individual needs, and may include meditation, chakra balancing, using colour therapy, holistic counseling, harmonic chimes or Australian Bush Flower essences.
When there are blockages in our life energy or energy fields, illnesses, and disease can occur on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level. Healing is induced by placing the hands on or near the body and allowing universal energy to flow into the body. Healing often produces a sense of calm and relaxation as harmony and well being is restored.
This can be combined with a crystal layout for energy healing of the chakras. A special meditation is used for each chakra.
Harmonic Healing Chimes
Each Harmonic healing session is an individual experience. The chimes are tuned to the 'C' major scale, which is the most widely accepted of the chakra frequencies. I use the chimes at the end of a meditation, healing or massage session to provide further chakra balancing and energy clearing of any blockages in the physical body. Each chime is placed on the corresponding chakra area of the body or gently moved through the auric field. As each chime is played you experience the harmonic sound, which includes pure tone, colour and energy, all around the body.
The atoms in your body resonate with these vibrations of pure sound to dissolve energy blockages and in this moment profound healing is experienced.

Many of my clients with various aches and pains have found these have completely disappeared after one session of being bathed by this form of Sound Massage. You may wish to experience the Chimes on their own and this can be arranged as a session will only take approximately 20 minutes.
Numerology charts
Numerology is the study of our Inner Self and how it relates to our health and our relationships to others.
By looking at the placement of the numbers on one's chart, we are able to see all the patterns (which will be present in this life), and reveal one's strengths and weaknesses or lessons intended to be surmounted or experienced.
I combine a chart with Aust. Bush Flower essences to enhance a clients understanding of this science of discovery.
We each have a Ruling Number, which is our primary pathway and to discover and follow this path is the most rewarding part as well as the most challenging.
I look at the parts which need healing and choose appropriate Essences for each area of ones life.
