Massage is excellent for stress relief and to maintain and
enhance general wellbeing. It stimulates the circulatory system and
helps with the functioning of the lymphatic system and immune system.
This is enourmously beneficial to your NES programme and will further
enhance it's benefits. The style of massage I do is based from
traditional therapeutic massage blended with Hawaiian Huna, Acupressure
and Trigger Release. This creates a uniquely and deeply relaxing and
healing massage that whilst not being overly firm, is still firm enough
to penetrate into problem spots and bring relief to style="font-weight: bold;">back pain, neck pain and tension
related problems specifically. I am also a trained
Reiki healer and this energy flow is also present during my body
treatments and also enhances wellbeing and relaxation.
I ONLY do 1 hour treatments as I feel my clients deserve to have my
110% focus and attention during their treatments. By doing hour
treatments this ensures I am not making myself over tired and that you
are getting my best attention.
Reflexology is also a great therapy and assists the NES
programmes well
as it stimulates, via the pressure points being massaged on the feet,
all areas of the body to enhance healing and general wellbeing also.
