Located by the river in Teneriffe, just minutes from Brisbane’s CBD, Bodycentral Urban Day Spa features 5 treatment rooms, including a wet room with Vichy Shower and a separate infrared sauna. Their internationally trained team provides specialist beauty therapy, skin management, massage and body treatments, private yoga, meditation classes and life coaching for men & women.
The Bodycentral approach is centred in the use of natural healing therapies from cultures around the world, blended with the latest technology in body & skin care to provide their clients with treatments that produce results- improving overall health and wellbeing.
Almost all styles of massage are offered, as well as Spa treatments from the Li’Tya range of indigenous therapies utilising natural native Australian bush ingredients combined with Australian indigenous medicines & massage techniques. High performance skin management products, which utilise pharmaceutical grade anti-oxidants, are used in conjunction with micro-dermabrasion and photo rejuvenation to deliver the latest in skin technology. Permanent hair removal with IPL is also available.
In addition to half and full day retreats Bodycentral offers customised 3 to 5 day programs designed to assist clients achieve their personal goals. These programs start from 5 hrs per day for 3 days up to 7.5 hrs per day for 5 days. Bodycentral is ideally located for these longer programs being surrounded by a peaceful and beautiful environment with accommodation, restaurants, art galleries and theatres at their doorstep. Their customised programs allow clients time for personal reflection and provide an escape from the pressures of group participation. A favourite is walking along the extensive river walks and early morning meditation or yoga on the rivers edge.
