Aromatherapy Massage
Experience the difference of an Aromatherapy Massage from a fully qualified Aromatherapist. Aromatherapists know how to use essential oils for the full benefit of the Client. Come and be pampered, destressed and nurtured in a wonderful massage that is absolutely divine for women.
I also custom make Aromatherapy face creams, body lotions, oils & sprays for a client's specific skin type.
Swedish or Remedial Massage
Swedish massage is a relaxing massage using lighter strokes which stimulate blood circulation, assisting elimination of toxins from cells. Great for relieving tension and for pure relaxation.
Remedial massage is a deeper massage, working on knots and tight muscles. Great for releasing tense necks and shoulders and lower back pain.
A combination of Swedish/Remedial works well.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is a specialised massage that incorporates heated stones into a deeply relaxing and therapeutic massage. I have hand picked the stones for their healing properties. The hot stones are placed on various areas of the body, including along the spine. The stones are also used in the therapist's hands as an aid to the massage. Aromatherapy oils are added to the massage oil to increase the benefits of the massage. Hot Stone Massage works on the body by assisting tight muscles to release and has a sedative effect on the nervous system. Hot Stone Massage increases circulation and lymph flow and the flow of energy in the body. It allows the mind to let go of tension by creating a sense of warmth and security, balancing our spirit by connecting us back to nature.
Reconnective Healing/The ReconnectionTM
Instructed by Dr Pearl, who developed this method of healing from his own experiences. Reconnective Healing brings in new energies that heal on many levels. For this reason the effects are sometimes quite subtle and at other times quite dynamic. Improvements have been achieved with chronic fatigue, cancer, arthritis, and the list goes on. Usually no more than 3 sessions are required.
The Reconnection is done once in a lifetime. It connects the meridian or acupuncture lines of our body to the grid lines of the earth, and to the larger grids of the universe, bringing in light and information. This in turn brings about life-changing experiences and a new sense of clarity and purpose.
Reiki
Enjoy the peace and balance that a Reiki treatment offers. Gentle and non invasive Reiki . A Reiki session leaves you feeling deeply relaxed and clear. It is wonderful for alleviating pain and addresses imbalances on the physical, emotional, mental and spritual levels. Reiki stimulates the Client's own natural healing abilities.

Reflexology
Foot Reflexology works on the principle that all areas of the body are reflected in corresponding zones on the feet. The treatment starts with a footbath containing essential oils and then all zones of the feet are massaged, thereby stimulating energy flow to the corresponding areas of the body. Reflexology is a pampering, therapeutic and deeply relaxing experience, the perfect treatment for those of you who are too shy to have a massage.
Thought Field Therapy / Emotional Freedom Technique
Thought Field Therapy / Emotional Freedom Technique are tapping modalities that help clear the negative emotions and thoughts attached to fears, phobias and addictions. Once the negative charge is erased from your thought field, you no longer have the fears, phobias or sabotaging behaviour.
Touch for Health/Kinesiology
Touch for Health / Kinesiology balances the energy meridians in your body by determining which level the inbalance occurs, be it emotional, physical, chemical/food and correcting it. Having the energy flowing correctly through our meridians helps us stay in optimum health.
Meditation/Stress Release
The benefits of meditation include being better able to cope with life’s “ups and downs”, a clearer mind and better health. These sessions are individual sessions, in this way you you have 100% instruction tailored to your needs. I recommend four x 1 hour sessions to give you a better understanding and to give you a variety of useful techniques to call on.
