Remedial Massage is an essential therapy for everyone.
Some of the styles he uses are:
Swedish/Relaxing- a very relaxing massage that reduces tension and stress without leaving you sore the next day.
Remedial- goes a little deeper according to your needs and level of tolerance. It works on specific areas of tension, paying particular attention to the lower back, neck and shoulders.
Deep tissue- an advanced form of Remedial Massage where there is more focused work, deeper into the soft tissue, to treat the presenting problem. This is for people with a high pain threshold who love a very deep and firm massage.
Sports massage- focuses on issues in muscle groups associated with your particular sport, activity or occupation and adjusts for your stage of training. Great for the prevention and recovery of injury.
Chinese massage- uses accupuncture points and meridians to move stagnant energy. Carl incorporates this into his other massage styles.
Pregnancy Massage - Assuming there are no medical conditions, massage at any stage of pregnancy can be a huge benefit as the body goes through many physical and physiological changes resulting in aches and pains, fluid retention and lack of energy.

Carl is originally from Vancouver, Canada.
As well as his clinic in Crows Nest, he works as a Naturopathic Advisor at Blackmores. He also works with a world renowned Ophthalmologist, giving nutritional advice to patients and gathering eye pathology.
Carl is a great believer in the power of massage and that it is not a luxury, but an essential ingredient for our health. People often comment on the energy that comes through his hands.
