What to expect
Before the session commences, Gina will discuss with you the goal for the massage and propose methods of massage.
You should feel relaxed during the session and inform Gina if you feel uncomfortable. Tenderness may be experienced on certain points. It is important to give feedback about this and other sensations as the body is worked. Please tell Gina if there are any areas you would prefer not to be touched.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask you to please give notice within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee.
