What is an iDetox Ion Cleanse Treatment?
The iDetox Ion Cleanse Foot Bath is a gentle non-invasive therapy, which re-energises the body supporting its natural ability to heal itself.
How Does it Work?
During an Ion Cleanse treatment the Ion Cleanse unit delivers a small amount of low level, electrical current into the array (electrode), which results in a reaction between the array, the water and the salt (added to increase the ionisation effect), to generate positively and negatively charged ions. When the feet are placed in the water, the interaction of the positive and negative ions re-energises, re-vitalises and supports the body’s innate ability to rebalance and achieve a higher state of well being.
We offer both individual and group Ion Cleanse treatments. Ask us about our group iDetox Ion Cleanse treatments. Group Ion Cleanse treatments are available both in our clinic and as a mobile service in your home or office.
Relaxation Massage
A popular and gentle flowing style, it has great effects in reducing mental and emotional stress and physical tension. Excess tension restricts energy levels and blood circulation, when it’s released we have more energy and feel more centered. The addition of specially blended Aromatherapy oils to each massage session further enhances your experience and ensures that you leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Swedish Massage
In Swedish Massage we use long strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, percussion, vibration and shaking motions that apply pressure between muscles and bones, rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. Swedish Massage feels good, is relaxing and invigorating.
Swedish Massage helps to increase oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. It can also help reduce stress, both emotional and physical.
Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage provides a healing treatment that can be gentle or strong, deep or shallow. When muscles and tendons become damaged or impaired, knotted and tense or immobile, Remedial Massage provides a healing treatment that can be gentle or strong, deep or shallow. Remedial massage holistically treats the whole body and traces the discomfort as far as possible back to the original cause, healing both the cause of the disorder as well as the symptoms.
Reiki
Reiki is a holistic treatment that works on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It reduces stress and induces deep feelings of relaxation, peace, security and well-being. By removing energy blocks in your body and restoring the flow of energy, Reiki enhances your body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki is a safe and gentle session that can help you with a broad range of health related problems.

This includes an exploration of current and past health conditions, as well as lifestyle, stress and environmental factors.
