Jo is extremely passionate about natural therapies. She works as an acupuncturist, a naturopath and a remedial masseuse. This enables her to select the most appropriate therapy for individual cases.

Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Ear Candling, Cupping, Guasha, Chinese Herbal Formulas, Western Herbal Medicine, Flower Essences, Iridology, Nutrition & Dietary & Lifestyle Advice, Vitamin and Mineral Therapy, and Reiki
Also, many styles of massage, including:
Trigger Point Therapy and Positional Release.
Jo can also test for your blood type and offer quality information about the "Blood Type Diet", which can be very beneficial for clients with allergies or chronic illness.
Jo also offers Hemaview (Live Blood Cell Analysis) consultations as she is a qualified Hemaview Practitioner. The analysis is performed on the spot and enables her to plan treatment based on an analysis of your blood as a reflection of your current state of health.

Jo is available for consultation by appointment only.
For Acupuncture or Naturopathy, first consultations are approximately 1 hour. Subsequent consultations are approximately 45 minutes. Hemaview consultations are 1 hour.
Massage consultations are 1 hour. Longer consultations may be arranged as needed.
At the initial consultation, we determine together which modalities are of interest to you and which would be most effective to treat the health issue you are presenting with. From here we agree on a treatment plan together, incorporating dietary and lifestyle changes to assist your healing process, along with treatments, as required, to track your progress.
While Jo enjoys working with family health care, including preconception care, pregnancy, health care during breastfeeding, and children's health care, she has experience in treating a large range of conditions, from common colds to depression, sports injuries to sinusitis, allergies to more chronic and serious illnesses.
