Counselling/Mentoring works at a conscious level to help you come to a deeper understanding of yourself and your choices.
Hypnotherapy and /or NLP works to assist you in changing subconscious blockages, change patterns and reduce inner conflicts and anxieties relatively quickly. Hypnotherapy makes use of your natural ability to go into trance. (We all go in and out of trance many times each day naturally.) We will work together to find out what you want and then use trance to set it into motion, in both your conscious and unconscious mind
Family Constellations is a way of tapping into personal and generational energy to make the changes you need to clear deeply held patterns and improve relationships and resolve blockages. For those who have tried everything else, Family Constellations is the deepest level of healing that occurs at a soul level connecting you to love. Family Constellations are available in workshops or private sessions.Yildiz is the most experienced practititioner of private Family and Business constellations in Australia.
Each of the modalities I use are powerful in their own right and work at different levels of Mind, Body Soul. You may choose any of the services I offer, or allow yourself to be guided by me in using a specific approach or combination of services according to your specific situation. I can switch modalities according to your need.
Cost. . As a brief therapist using many modalities effectively and holistically, most of my clients are resolved and ready to move on, after seeing me in 3-5 sessions only, thereby saving time and money compared to longer term therapies. I also offer reductions in a variety of packages.
