Karen Mudie is a fully qualified practioner with 15 years experience in private practice and within physiotherapy, personal training studios and fitness centres. She moved her practice from Sydney to the Gold Coast in June 2006.
Massage
Karen incorporates many techniques in a Massage Therapy Treatment including Swedish / Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Reiki and Intuitive Energetic Healing for an individualised treatment.
Karen is also passionate about Pregnancy and Post Natal Massage and believes Pregnancy and Motherhood is a very special time and a time that women should be nurtured. Karen uses a combination of Swedish and Remedial Massage techniques and can tailor the massage to suit your needs as your pregnancy progresses.

Wellness
Reflexognosy is a treatment for the feet and lower half of the leg. It is a combination of massage, chiropractic, podiatry and is applied pre and post orthotic fitting. All muscles, tendons and bones are addressed. The fitting of Cyber-orthotics includes taking a foot imprint (x2) which is scanned and sent to Canada with a 2-3 week turn about.
An extensive exercise regime for the feet is included.
