Practices
Most of the modalities I practice you will be familiar with – there is a common thread in all of them – they are non-invasive, and I act as a facilitator so your own body resets itself (a reboot of your CPU) and returns to a state of balance and well-being.
Some modalities have more profound restorative effects on some individuals than others, and some modalities are more beneficial than others for certain conditions at different stages of treatment. Your whole body has adapted in many ways to where it is now, so in unraveling this process, the key is to change and adapt to your body’s changing responses to treatment and return to vitality.
