Most conditions that my clients have, can be as diverse as high blood pressure, those wanting to come off anti-depressants, unexplained infertility, failure to lose weight (through dieting), feelings of anxiety and depression, and many people 'just don't feel right'. By addressing some basic deficiencies, you can feel much better and more grounded, within weeks. I believe passionately in the use of the blood typing system. By eating correctly for your blood type, many ailments can disappear: asthma, excema, psoriasis, dermatitis, sinus, depression and anxiety. Gut problems also can disappear: reflux, indigestion, constipation and diarrhoea,cramping, flatulence, bloating.

I was fortunate enough to be a remedial massage therapist at the sydney 2000 olympic games, working at the athletes' village. It was a wonderful time; I gained invaluable experience being involved in, and assisting olympians to achieve their goals. I also worked as a therapist at the paralympics, 2000, which led me to do volunteer massage for wheelchair tennis and wheelchair road sports..

bio-impedance analysisThis painless assessment tells you your biological age. That's right, your cells may be ageing faster than you are. It can accurately measure your fat mass, muscle mass and cellular fluid balance. it also gives me, your practitioner, vital clues as to how well your cells are able to resist disease. Latest research shows that if we are able to lengthen the lifespan and health of our cells, we physically age much slower. You receive a 2 page report, including graphs, as to your fat, muscle and overall body composition. There are lots of other vital pieces of information, your body mass index, your basal metabolic rate, your phase angle, to name a few. This is a wonderful piece of information, as you can take it to show your personal trainer, to customise the correct exercise programme for you. Or if you don't have a trainer, I can help you to choose the exercise that is meant for you. Great for those on a fat loss programme, athletes and the body conscious. salivary hormone testingA simple, non-invasive test that gives more accurate levels of hormones than blood. If you suffer with pms symptoms, menopausal symptoms, have polycystic ovaries, infertility, reproductive problems, lack of libido - male and female. I can test for the 7 main female hormones and 5 main male hormones. I use live blood analysis to ascertain iron, b12 and folate levels as these are paramount to setting the stage for pregnancy. It takes 4 months for both the male and female body to properly prepare for pregnancy. If you are considering pregnancy, I prefer to see both parties, as a true sign of committment. I utilise dietary methods and also have a method that involves chinese medicine to help your system detox and prepare your body for pregnancy. Chinese herbs are renowned for their effectiveness in fertility.
