1) I ask you choose one positive intent or goal that you want for the outcome of your session/s. Whenever you focus on what you want or would love, your unconscious starts moving automatically towards that result. For example, when Tiger Woods wants to win a golf tournament, he visualises and focuses on himself winning the tournament or medal BEFORE, he actually hits the golf ball. Einstein said: "Imagination is more important that knowledge". In another words, if you can imagine it you can create it.
