Geoff and Chez have their practice at Sylvania Waters while Kylie has her practice at Caringbah.

1. Geoff is a Naturopath. His speciality is with Eyesight Improvement. He is conducting a special one day ATMS Accredited Course (10CPE) on Sunday the 31st May for therapists and the general public. The total cost is $149. Phone Geoff on 9522 9595 or email to enrol.
2. Chez is a caring Reiki Master and Reiki Teacher. Her interest is attuning you to Reiki for self-healing and to heal others.
3. Kylie is a Lymphatic Drainage Specialist. Her unique talent is clearing toxins from your body through a gentle but effective procedure.

A LITTLE ABOUT US
Geoff and Chez originally trained as Teachers in the early 1960s at Sydney Teachers College; Geoff as a Physical Education and Health Teacher and Chez as a Primary Teacher. They both received an "Outstanding Teacher Award" on completion of their teacher training. They met at a Play Centre Training at Broken Bay National Fitness Camp and married 2 years later. They have four wonderful children.
After many years in the teaching profession, Geoff and Chez re-trained as Natural Therapists. They kept their enthusiasm and communication skills and enjoy success as course presenters.
They named their practice "Carpe Diem", (pronounced car--pay d--m), which is Latin for "Seize the Day" and was phrased by Robin Williams in the popular movie "Dead Poets Society".
Kylie began her journey as the youngest ever student to enrol in the NatureCare Naturopathy course. Her study and training continued in a wide range of therapies in numerous countries. Kylie was recognised for her expertise and has been a former lecturer at a prestigious Sydney TAFE as well as having her own sucessful private practice.

Your participation in Geoff's Eyesight Improvement Course or personal consultation will give you the skills to:

Geoff's 1 day and 2 day courses are ATMS 10/20 CPE Accredited. One Day Courses cost $149. Two Day Courses cost $249.
Personal "One on One" 2 hour Short Courses are also ATMS Accredited and gain 2 CPE Points each appointment. 2 hour courses cost $100

USING THE LATEST EYESIGHT RESEARCH
My eyesight improvement program incorporates the latest Research and includes rhythmical proprioceptor movements which link directly or indirectly with the vision cortex.
When these movements are performed with specific eye exercises, the resulting accumulative eyesight memory is greatly accelerated and enhanced. In other words: YOU SEE BETTER.
I have also designed a program in which the brain needs to re-learn how to see. This new program has been incorporated into my eyesight improvement with selected clients.

KYLIE
Kylie is one of Australia's most accredited therapists in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, having studied and trained at the world renowned Dr. Vodder Clinic of Manual Lymphatic Drainage in Walchsee, Austria.
Kylie has been a Lecturer/Teacher of Beauty Therapies and Natural Therapies. She has also studied Reflexology in England and was employed at the exclusive London Equilibrium Clinic.
Kylie has also been a Beauty Therapist and Aromatherapist at the luxurious Golden Door Health Retreat at Willow Vale in the Hinterland, Queensland.
She has a private practice at Caringbah specialising in Lymphatic Drainage Massages. Gift Vouchers are available for family and friends.
An Example of Kylie's expertise: While trekking through Nepal, Kylie arrived at one remote village to find a doctor with a patient brought down from the high mountains suffering from "High Altitude Cerebral Edema".
Kylie introduced herself and, using all her experience and professional training, immediately began working on the climber. Slowly; gently but with intent; consistently; ever patiently until his recovery was evident. A very relieved doctor, a live and happy climber.

While Carpe Diem is a natural therapy practice, teaching ways to better your eyesight, this special course does not cover every eye problem.
Your own Medical Doctor and Ophthalmologist have the expertise when dealing with any serious physical eye diseases.
Therefore, I encourage regular visits when needed to your own choice of professional.
